The world of advertising has seen its share of dramatic ads, from the most iconic of all to a quick cut of an ad with the words ‘Hairy Haircut’ in it.
Now the internet has something even better.
The ad giant Billboard has teamed up with ad agency ad agency D.I.B.P. to create a new ‘haircut’ ad campaign which will feature a stylist’s cut of the adverts latest campaign.
The campaign will feature six ads in total.
All of them will feature hair, but it’s the final cut of one of them which will be the focus of the campaign.
Billboard are keen to stress that these are not just hair cuts.
They are also full on hair extensions.
There will be a number of other hairstyles that are featured in the campaign, but for now the hair is the focus.
The new campaign is being produced by the ad agency agency DNBP.
In their blog post, the agency said:”Haircuts are a popular form of advertising, and a way to promote products and services.
Haircuts are also one of the most effective ways to get noticed by people who might not normally know about a product or service.
The more popular and iconic a hair cut, the more people will associate that product with the brand and the more likely it will be recognised.”
The ads will appear alongside a range of other campaign elements, including a new brand logo and an online landing page.
